As Avertium's Chief Executive Officer, Vicente brings deep experience in leading technology-enabled businesses through periods of significant expansion and transformation, with a track record across high-growth companies in the cybersecurity and IT services sectors. 

Vicente knows that while the numbers are important, it is the people and culture of an organization that drives market-leading growth.

Prior to joining Avertium, Vicente led successful global teams at Contino and Cloud Sherpas before their eventual acquisitions by Cognizant and Accenture, respectively. Vicente invested in numerous technology businesses as part of the venture capital team at Columbia Capital and began his career at Credit Suisse and Barclays.

Vicente is a proud Hoya, and graduated with honors earning a dual BS in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University.

As Avertium's President and Chief Growth Officer, Ben Masino brings more than 15 years of progressive experience in business, marketing, and sales leadership to our high-growth organization. Ben brings deep experience in cyber security, SaaS and technology-enabled services growth and customer engagement. As leader of the Go-to-Market functions for Avertium, Ben is responsible for sales, marketing, customer success, channels and alliances, commercial product management, solution architecture, and revenue operations.

Since joining Avertium in 2020, Ben has helped usher in increasing success and growth, with the company doubling in size during that time. Ben invests heavily in his teams, and the culture of Avertium, working to build a high performing organization, that exceeds customer expectations, and both draws and nurtures talented employees.

Prior to his current role, Ben rose through the ranks and led teams for noteworthy companies like Spotinst, Alert Logic, Sungard Financial Systems (now part of FIS), and others, where he oversaw tremendous growth in both revenue and customer engagement year over year.

As Chief Financial Officer for Avertium, Charles brings over 15 years of strategic finance and accounting experience across several tech-enabled services companies. He has spent most of his career helping organizations deliver value during periods of growth and transformation.

Charles’ passion is for every member of the finance team to be a trusted advisor by using accounting and financial analysis to communicate important aspects of the business in understandable and relatable ways. He knows that enabling teams through efficient and effective technologies and processes is key.

Before joining Avertium, Charles enjoyed working at other companies such as Cloud Sherpas (acquired by Accenture), Contino (acquired by Cognizant) and NewRocket. He finds tremendous joy in his work as well as from the loving support of his wife and children.

As SVP & GM of Managed Services at Avertium, I lead our efforts to protect customers through technology-driven service transformation and operational excellence. With more than 25 years of experience guiding organizations through complex change, I focus on building scalable, resilient platforms that enable secure and reliable outcomes for our clients. My background spans global delivery, product and portfolio strategy, and the integration of advanced automation to strengthen our ability to safeguard customer environments.

At Avertium, my priority is to modernize operations, consolidate technologies, and drive sustainable growth—all with a relentless commitment to improving customer protection. By aligning teams across the U.S. and Mexico and leveraging platform-based service models, I work to ensure our customers receive proactive, disciplined support that helps them navigate today’s evolving threat landscape.

As Avertium's Vice President of Professional Services, Eldon drives the strategy, delivery, and growth of the organization’s services portfolio. With extensive experience in cybersecurity, consulting, and operational leadership, he ensures that every customer engagement delivers measurable value, strengthens security outcomes, and delivers an exceptional overall experience.

Eldon joined Avertium in 2022 through the acquisition of Sword & Shield. Prior to that, he led enterprise-level cybersecurity strategies, guiding organizations through complex transformations, compliance initiatives, and long-term security maturity programs. His background includes deep expertise in service design, revenue acceleration, strategic planning, and aligning professional services with sales teams to support predictable, scalable growth.

A committed advocate for collaborative and empowering leadership, Eldon focuses on developing high-performing teams, building strong partnerships, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
