As Avertium's Chief Revenue Officer, Ben Masino brings more than 15 years of progressive experience in business, marketing, and sales leadership to our high-growth organization. Ben brings deep experience in cyber security, SaaS and technology-enabled services growth and customer engagement. As leader of the Go-to-Market functions for Avertium, Ben is responsible for sales, marketing, customer success, channels and alliances, commercial product management, solution architecture, and revenue operations.
Since joining Avertium in 2020, Ben has helped usher in increasing success and growth, with the company doubling in size during that time. Ben invests heavily in his teams, and the culture of Avertium, working to build a high performing organization, that exceeds customer expectations, and both draws and nurtures talented employees.
Prior to his current role, Ben rose through the ranks and led teams for noteworthy companies like Spotinst, Alert Logic, Sungard Financial Systems (now part of FIS), and others, where he oversaw tremendous growth in both revenue and customer engagement year over year.
As Avertium's Chief Financial Officer, Vicente brings a track record of successfully growing companies in the technology and telecom space.
Vicente knows that while the numbers are important, it is the people and culture of an organization that drives market-leading growth.
Prior to joining Avertium, Vicente led successful global teams at Contino and Cloud Sherpas before their eventual acquisitions by Cognizant and Accenture, respectively. Vicente invested in numerous technology businesses as part of the venture capital team at Columbia Capital and began his career at Credit Suisse and Barclays.
Vicente is a proud Hoya, and graduated with honors earning a dual BS in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University.
As a seasoned business and cybersecurity professional, Steven Marandola leads Avertium's Services Delivery team. With more than 20 years of experience in the cybersecurity and professional services sectors, Steven is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Avertium’s services portfolio, ensuring that we deliver a more rigorous, more relevant, and more responsive cybersecurity posture to each of the clients in which we serve. a
Steven’s commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence is evident in the way that he approaches his role. By leveraging insights from Avertium’s team of subject matter experts, his collaborative leadership style empowers the company's team to deliver top-notch cybersecurity services to our clients.
Prior to his current role, Steven had a proven track record of driving revenue and customer satisfaction growth while in a wide range of executive roles in a variety of capacities: from service delivery to portfolio development, to engineering, as well as to general partner and sales leadership.
Certification: Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)
